Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are packed and shipped from North Carolina, USA.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the delivery estimates below.
Packaging
We select packaging based on the size of your order to help ensure safe delivery and a polished unboxing experience.
Orders are packed securely to help prevent scratches or damage during transit.
U.S. Shipping
We offer tracked standard shipping within the United States:
- Standard shipping: $5.99 for orders under $49
- Free standard shipping for orders of $49 or more
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your delivery address and carrier availability.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier office.

However, IWLI is not responsible for carrier delays or for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
