RETURNS & REFUNDS

Love it for 60 days — or send it back for a full refund.

HOW IT WORKS

Email hello@iwli.shop within 60 days of delivery and tell us your order number. We email you a prepaid return label. Nothing is deducted from your refund — return shipping is on us.

CONDITION

Items should come back complete — with the pouch and packaging they arrived in — and in resellable condition. Trying a charm on is fine; visible signs of wear are not.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Email hello@iwli.shop with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover shipping both ways. You do not need to mail the damaged item back.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and approve the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available on request — email hello@iwli.shop and we will arrange it.

NOT ELIGIBLE

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
