Can’t put it in right?!?!?!

Hi Carol, thank you for telling us — and I'm sorry it's giving you trouble. The clear tab goes between your phone and the case, with the small loop coming out at the charging port; the charm then clips onto that loop. I've just sent you an email with a link to a short video that shows how to attach it step by step. If it still won't sit right, reply to that email and we'll figure it out together.
